    • Bringing your insurance card to your first visit.

    • Calling your insurance company to confirm benefits and any copay, deductible, or referral requirements.

    • Contacting our office before your appointment if you’d like us to verify benefits for you — provide your insurance name, member ID, and date of birth.

  • We accept self-pay patients and can discuss pricing, payment options, and any available cash pay discounts during scheduling.

  • Yes. We offer a range of in-house lab testing for faster results and more convenient care. Common in-house tests include:

    • Hemoglobin A1c (diabetes monitoring)

    • Rapid Molecular strep, Covid and influenza tests

    • Urinalysis and urine pregnancy tests

    • H-Pylori

    • Basic point-of-care tests (glucose, hemoglobin)

    For specialized tests (advanced hormonal panels, detailed infectious disease panels, certain pathology tests), we may send samples to an external reference laboratory; we coordinate that for you and follow up with results and treatment recommendations.
