    April Morris, DNP, APRN, AGPCNP-BC

    April is an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). April obtained her Doctorate of Nursing at Chatham University in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in 2016. She attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where she obtained her Master of Nursing Science and Bachelorette of Nursing graduating Suma Cum Laude and Presidents Honor Roll distinction. She obtained her Post Masters in Adult Geriatric Certification at Maryville University. April has worked in acute care for many years in various settings to include critical care and nursing education. Her foundational philosophy of patient care has remained steadfast through her nursing roles. “I have always been a patient advocate which include presenting patients with education, options without neglecting their values and spiritual beliefs.” April lives with her husband and two Golden Retrievers, Gus and Sadie in Celina.
